Build the steady place young people return to
Outside Perspectives hires Core Instructors and Core Logisticians to help sustain relationship-centered outdoor partnerships and access across Connecticut.
This Work Requires Consistency
Young people don’t grow because of one big experience.
They grow because they return.
They return to the same adults. The same expectations. The same steady presence.
Outside Perspectives builds outdoor, relationship-centered programs designed to become a consistent third place in a young person’s life. Not just an event, but a rhythm.
We are hiring core staff who want to help hold that steady ground.
