Building on more than a decade of experience in youth development and outdoor education, we are evolving into a community infrastructure organization that helps leaders and organizations create meaningful shared experiences through partnerships, training, shared resources, and the Journey of Growth framework.

What Board Members Do
Board members provide leadership, guidance, and oversight while helping advance the mission of the organization.
Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with fundraising and relationship-building efforts

- Supporting the Executive Director in achieving organizational goals
